Switching your property management to us is a straightforward process. First, contact our team to discuss your specific needs and provide details about your property. Our property management team conducts routine inspections every 6 to 12 months to evaluate the condition of your rental, identify any maintenance needs, and ensure that the lease terms regarding cleanliness and upkeep are being followed. Although your presence is not required during these inspections, you are welcome to attend if you prefer. After the inspection, we'll provide you with feedback on any maintenance issues and offer advice on maintaining the property in good condition. If you need to reschedule or have specific scheduling preferences, please contact our office in advance to make alternative arrangements.
